Coffee Jelly with condensed milk ice
I made a dessert by pouring coffee with gelatin into sweetened frozen milk and making it into coffee jelly. Let's try making some cold foods to help us survive the hot summer.
*Recipe* (for 2 or 3 servings)
For milk ice
220g milk
44g sweetened condensed milk
For coffee jelly
200ml coffee (room temperature)
10g powdered gelatin
How to make:
Make the milk ice cubes
1.Add 44g of sweetened condensed milk to 220g of milk and mix.The sweetened condensed milk should be 20% of the weight of the milk.
2.Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
Make the coffee jelly base
3.Pour 100 ml of coffee into a heatproof container, sprinkle 10 g of powdered gelatin, and soak.
4.Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds to dissolve the powdered gelatin.
5.Pour in 100 ml of coffee, stirring a little at a time.
6.Put (2) into a container and pour in (5).
7.Done. Cooled by the milk ice cubes, the gelatin-mixed coffee becomes coffee jelly! It's also delicious to mix and drink with a straw.
甘くして凍らせたミルクにゼラチン入りのコーヒーをかけ、コーヒーゼリーにして楽しむデザートを作りました。冷たい食べ物を工夫して、暑い夏をがんばりましょう。
*レシピ*(2・3個分)
:材料:
ミルク氷
牛乳 220g
加糖練乳 44g
コーヒーゼリー
コーヒー 200ml(常温)
粉ゼラチン 10g
:作り方:
ミルク氷を作ります
1.牛乳 220gに加糖練乳 44gを入れ混ぜる。加糖練乳は牛乳の重さに対して20%の重さで作ります。
2.製氷皿に入れ冷凍する。
コーヒーゼリーの素を作ります
3.コーヒー 100mlほどを耐熱容器に入れ、粉ゼラチン 10gをふり入れ、ふやかす。
4.電子レンジで30秒ほど加熱し、粉ゼラチンを溶かす。
5.コーヒー 100mlを少しずつ混ぜながら入れる。
6.(2)を器に入れ(5)を注ぐ。
7.でけた。ミルク氷で冷やされて、ゼラチン入りコーヒーがコーヒーゼリーに!混ぜて、ストローで飲んでもおいしいよ。
